This series of exercises helps tuba players improve the various fundamentals of their playing. It combines various exercises that come from multiple sources and puts them into a format that covers every aspect of needed to grow as a musician.
Opportunities in the Reserve and National Guard Bands
My research focuses primarily on the United States military bands. I have written and published a dissertation entitled "An Examination of the Preparation and Requirements for Tubists Desiring a Career in the Military, with Emphasis on Premier Band Auditions." It was published and is available on Proquest. I have also published an article with the International Tuba and Euphonium Association. It was published in the Spring, 2018 volume of the ITEA Journal.
